Adding your own Text, Images, or Advertisements

You can add static content in the form of images and text to your newsletter by going to Templates > Edit. You can drag and drop all of these modules within the layout to place them wherever you'd like in the template.

The Text/HTML module is a tool for adding a text-based message to your subscribers. You can use our editor to enter and style your text, or switch to the HTML tab to add your own code. This is helpful for adding quick updates—such as reminding members about upcoming dues or letting subscribers know you won’t be sending a newsletter during the holidays We only recommend using the HTML option if you are well-versed in HTML formatting. This text can include hyperlinks as well. We also have an integration with ChatGPT to help you write if you so choose. Simply click Generate with ChatGPT, provide the prompt and customizations of your choosing, and generate!

If you are using one of the standard templates we offer, there will be two banner image modules and two square image modules available within the layout. Banner images display as a single wide image across the newsletter, while square images appear side by side. You can use these images to further brand your newsletter and promote your website, events, or anything relevant to your audience. Depending on your plan type, you may also have the ability to add additional image modules as needed. If you do not want to include a given image in your upcoming newsletter, you can either delete the image currently uploaded or click the eyeball icon on the module to hide it.

Recommended sizes: Square images: 250 x 250 | Banner images: 600 x 150
If you need to resize an image to meet these recommendations, we suggest using https://www.pixlr.com

To add additional modules, you'll select the + at the top right corner of your layout panel as seen below:
