      AI Feature: Using AI Image Preferences

      AI Image Preferences allow you to configure how AI generates images so that the visuals align with your brand, tone, and desired outcomes. By creating and saving image preferences, you can maintain consistency and save time when generating images.

      Where to Find AI Image Preferences

      You can access AI Image Preferences by navigating to: Settings → Preferences → AI Image. From here, you can create new preferences, edit existing ones, and set defaults for your team.

      Creating a New AI Image Preference

      1. Click “Add New Preference” under AI Image Preferences.

      2. Give your preference a clear name so you can easily access it later (for example: “Newsletter Header Images” or “Social Media Posts”).

      3. Configure the following options to guide how AI generates your images:

      • Image Style – Define the overall look of the image (e.g. realistic photography, digital art, sketch).

      • Image Quality – Control output sharpness and resolution (e.g. standard, high, premium).

      • Subject Focus – Emphasize what the image should highlight most (e.g. business & corporate, lifestyle & events).

      • Color Scheme – Select the palette used in generated images (e.g. natural colors, cool tones, vibrant colors).

      • Mood – Convey an emotional tone (e.g. professional, dramatic, playful).

      • Complexity – Decide if the image should be more detailed or simplified (e.g. moderate detail, simple & clean).

      • Art Style – Choose artistic direction (e.g. modern, futuristic, editorial).

      • Lighting – Adjust brightness and ambiance (e.g. natural light, bright & airy, golden hour).

      1. Save your preference once all fields are set.

      2. (Optional) Select one of your saved preferences as your default so it will be applied automatically whenever you generate an image.

      Using AI Image Preferences in an Article

      When working in an article module, you can easily generate or replace an image using AI:

      1. Click the blue camera icon in the top-right corner of the image preview.

      2. Navigate to the Ask AI tab

      3. Enter the image description you want the AI to generate. It’s best to be as descriptive as possible to get the most accurate results.

      4. (Optional) Select Enhance to refine your prompt before generating.

      5. Choose the image dimensions (wide, square, or tall).

      6. Select your AI Image Preference from the dropdown. If you have a default saved, it will automatically apply.

      7. Check “Save to library” if you’d like to reuse the image later and add it to your image library (learn more about using the image library here).

      8. Press Generate Image to create your image.

      Reviewing AI-Generated Images

      After generation, you’ll be able to:

      • Preview the image that was created.

      • Regenerate another version if you don’t like the first result — repeat as needed until you find one that fits.

      • Accept and apply your preferred image to your article.
