AI Text

Use AI Text to draft scheduled text blocks, intros, or article descriptions when you don't want to write from scratch.

You'll find AI Text buttons (look for the rasa t-rex icon) in:

  • Scheduled Text — when creating or editing a scheduled text block
  • Article modules — when editing an article's description

How to use it

  1. Click the Ask AI button (t-rex icon)
  2. Give it a prompt — what you want written
  3. Choose a saved preference or use custom settings
  4. Generate

You can:

  • Accept the output
  • Regenerate for a new version (regenerations appear as tabs you can compare)
  • Cancel if you don't want any of it

Custom settings vs saved preferences

When you generate inline (without saved preferences), you can adjust Tone, Length, Language, and Emojis on the fly.

For more control — including Format, Complexity, Perspective, and Creativity — you can adjust settings inline when generating.

AI Images

For visual content, you can use AI Images to generate images for your newsletter banners, squares, or article visuals.

You'll find AI Images options when:

  • Adding or editing a Scheduled Image
  • Editing an article's image in the Content Pool

Generate options let you describe what you want — style, mood, subject — and rasa.io will produce a few variations to choose from.

Best practices

  • Be specific in prompts — the more detail you provide, the better the output
  • Review every output before publishing — AI can occasionally produce errors or things that don't fit your brand
  • Use saved preferences if you'll be generating regularly — consistency saves time

Tips for image prompts

  • Specify style (e.g., "minimalist," "photorealistic," "watercolor")
  • Mention important elements (subjects, setting, colors)
  • Avoid trying to recreate famous people, copyrighted characters, or brand logos

What's next

  • Curating content — adding your own text and images
  • Templates and design — where images and text appear in your layout
