rasa.io allows you to "pre-seed" our AI by importing interest tags for your subscribers. This means you can give our AI an initial understanding of what topics your contacts are interested in, helping it to make more relevant article recommendations right from the start.

While we recommend relying primarily on behavioral data from each individual's newsletter engagement—since CRM interest data can quickly become outdated—this import feature is a valuable tool to kickstart personalization for your audience.

Don’t Have Any Interest Data Yet? No Problem!

If you don’t have existing interest data, that’s totally fine. As we mentioned, behavioral data—how subscribers engage with their newsletters—tends to be much more indicative of what they truly want to read. rasa.io’s AI continuously learns and adapts based on each individual’s reading habits, so even without an interest import, your newsletter will still become more personalized over time.
