rasa.io supports a variety of native integrations. Below are details regarding each integration. All integration syncs run daily.
The integration between Salesforce and rasa.io is one way and all of your Salesforce contacts will be continually imported into rasa.io unless you create a custom (boolean) field named "RasaNewsletter" in Salesforce and have its box checked on each contact you want to sync with your rasa.io account. The custom field allows you to sync subscription status. See image below.*
The integration between Mailchimp and rasa.io, by default, is one way. When you integrate your Mailchimp account, you will be able to choose which audience list you would like imported into the rasa.io system. You also have the option to check a box to allow 2-way sync in order to sync subscription status.
When you integrate with Hubspot you have the option to sync a subscription type or list. If you sync a subscription type, you also have the option to do a 2-way sync which allows you to sync subscription status.
The integration between Shopify and rasa.io is one way. When you integrate your Shopify account, you will import all Shopify customers with an email address that are opted in for marketing emails into rasa.io.
You can access the rasa.io Zap via the Zapier app library. You can generate the integration key you will need to begin Zapping between rasa.io and your other applications via the integrations page and clicking Zapier, generate key. Please note if you logged into your rasa.io via Google sign in or Facebook sign in then you will need to contact support to receive your integration key. Using Zapier, you can add new subscribers that come into your crm to rasa.io. You can also bring open, click and topic data from rasa.io into you crm.
The integration between Infusionsoft and rasa.io is one way. When you integrate your Infusionsoft account, you will import all customers from Infusionsoft with an email address that are opted in for marketing emails into rasa.io.
