Integrations connect rasa.io with other tools you use — your CRM, AMS, marketing platforms, and more. This article covers how to find, connect, and use them.
How to get there
Go to Settings → Integrations. You'll see the list of integrations available to connect.
Currently available
- HubSpot — connect your HubSpot account to sync contacts, subscriptions, and engagement data
How integrations work
When you connect an integration, rasa.io can:
- Pull contact data from the connected system
- Sync subscription preferences bidirectionally (someone unsubscribes in HubSpot, the change flows to rasa.io, and vice versa)
- Use the connected system as a list source — when you create a list in rasa.io, you can pull from a list or segment in the connected system
Connecting an integration
The exact steps depend on the integration, but generally:
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click Connect on the integration you want
- You'll be redirected to authorize the connection (sign in to the other system if needed)
- Once authorized, you'll return to rasa.io and see the integration as connected
Using integrations
Once connected, you'll see new options throughout the dashboard:
- Lists — when creating a new list, you can pick the integration as a source
- Subscriptions — you can map subscription types between rasa.io and the integrated system (Settings → Subscriptions → Manage Integrations)
- Contacts — contact records may include external IDs and synced fields from the integration
Mapping subscription types
For subscription syncs to work, you need to map each rasa.io subscription type to the corresponding subscription/preference in the connected system. To do this:
- Go to Contacts → Subscriptions
- Click Manage Integrations on the subscription type you want to map
- Pick the matching subscription type from the connected system
- Save
Once mapped, the two systems stay in sync.
Disconnecting an integration
If you no longer want the integration, you can disconnect it from Settings → Integrations. Disconnecting:
- Stops further syncs
- Doesn't delete data already imported
- Doesn't remove contacts or lists created via the integration
If you want to fully remove all integration-synced data, contact support@rasa.io.
