How do I edit the links in my newsletter header and footer in a standard template?
Your newsletter template allows you to customize several link URLs, including the header image, subscribe link, and footer logo. All of these can be edited from your template settings.
Editing the Header Image URL
Your header image can link to any URL, such as your website or a landing page.
To update the header image link:

Go to Templates.

Click Edit on the template you want to modify.

In the editor, click on your Header Image.

A settings panel will open on the right.

Locate the field labeled Image Link URL.

Enter or update your link.

Click Save Changes.
Editing Footer Links & Settings
Your newsletter footer includes several customizable links and settings. All of these can be edited directly in your template editor.
Footer Logo Link – Clicking on the footer logo can direct subscribers to any URL you choose.
Subscribe Link – Allows you to set or update the link used for newsletter sign-ups.
Social Links – You can enable and customize links for the following platforms:

Instagram
-
LinkedIn
-
YouTube
-
Threads
-
TikTok
Each icon can be turned on or off and linked to your organization’s corresponding profile.
Additional Links (Dropdown Menu) – Your footer also includes an “Additional Links” section that supports:

Contact: You can enter either a URL or an email address.

Learn More: Commonly used to link to your website. If left unchanged, it will automatically direct to rasa.io.

Subscribe: A second location where you can customize your subscription link if needed.
Additional Footer Text – You can also add custom footer text for disclaimers, legal notes, or any extra information you want to include at the bottom of your newsletter.
Editing the Subscribe Link

Go to Templates.

Click Edit on the template you want to modify.

Scroll down to your footer section.

Click on the Subscribe link text.

The settings panel on the right will show a field to add or update the URL.

Enter your desired link.
-
Click Save Changes.
Editing the Footer Logo Link

Go to Templates.
-
Click Edit on the template.
-
Scroll to your footer.
-
Click on the Footer Logo image.

In the right-side settings panel, update the Logo Link URL field.

Click Save Changes.
