How does Layout work?

If you are using one of our four standard templates, you can easily edit the layout of the templates within the Templates section of your dashboard.

To edit the template you’re using, navigate to Templates, then select Edit on the template you’d like to modify. Any changes you make there will apply to newsletters using that template.

Within the Layout tab of the Design section, you can arrange the various elements of your template using a simple drag-and-drop approach, ensuring the layout aligns with your newsletter needs.

Adding Modules

You can add new modules to your layout by clicking the plus (+) icon in the top-right corner of the Layout tab. From there, select the module you’d like to add—such as an Article, Banner, Square, Text/HTML, and more.

Rearranging Modules

To rearrange modules within the template, hover over the two bars on the left-hand side of any module to select it, then drag and drop it into the position of your choosing.

Hiding Modules

If you don’t need to use a module, click the eye icon to hide it. If a module like a banner, text/HTML block, or square has no content, it will automatically collapse and not display in the email.

Editing Module Content

To edit the content within a module, simply click on it to open the editor or upload page. You can also control how many articles appear in the initial article section of your template.
