      How to Integrate rasa.io with GrowthZone

      Integrating rasa.io with GrowthZone allows you to synchronize your membership data and manage subscriptions seamlessly. You can choose between the standard GrowthZone Integration or the GrowthZone Rich Integration. Both options will sync your contacts based on the designated list, but the Rich Integration also integrates engagement metrics so you can view member engagement data directly in your GrowthZone dashboard. Follow these steps to set up the integration:

      Step 1: Access the Integrations Page

      1. Log in to your rasa.io dashboard.

      2. Navigate to the Integrations section.

      3. Select either the GrowthZone Integration or GrowthZone Rich Integration from the list of available options.

      Step 2: Authenticate Your GrowthZone Account

      1. Enter your GrowthZone Tenant Name in the provided field and click Authenticate.

      2. A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to log in using your GrowthZone username and email.

      3. Complete the login process to authenticate and connect GrowthZone to rasa.io.


      Step 3: Configure the Integration Settings

      After authentication, you will see configuration options:

      • Select a List: Choose the GrowthZone list you want to synchronize with rasa.io from the dropdown menu.

      • Two-Way Sync: Two-way synchronization (pushing subscription and unsubscribe status from Rasa.io back to GrowthZone) is enabled by default. This ensures that subscription status updates flow in both directions without requiring additional setup.

      • Check the box to confirm the action of syncing contacts from the selected list and select "Finalize Connection."

      Step 5: Enable Rich Integration for Engagement Data (If Applicable)

      If you chose the GrowthZone Rich Integration, you’ll also be able to:

      • View your contacts’ Rasa.io engagement data (e.g., email opens, clicks, interaction history) directly within your GrowthZone dashboard.

      • Leverage these insights to better understand member engagement and tailor communications.

      • Once the integration is complete, you will see a box with the following option to allow you to opt-in to the engagement data being sent to GrowthZone.

      The rasa.io engagement data can be found in the GrowthZone dashboard by clicking into a specific contact and selecting the "More Info" tab.

      Important Note

      The sync will automatically run every evening to keep your contact and engagement data up to date.
