Adding Sequences or Blasts
Sequences and Blasts are available as upgrades to your existing rasa.io account.
To add them:
- Reach out to support@rasa.io to learn more about upgrading
- We'll discuss your use case and confirm pricing
- Once approved, we'll enable the feature on your account
You'll see Sequences or Blasts appear in your Messaging area once enabled.
Plan tiers and contact counts
Your rasa.io plan tier is determined by contact count. As you add or remove contacts, the system automatically adjusts your tier:
- Adding contacts that cross a tier threshold — your plan upgrades automatically
- Removing contacts that bring you below a tier threshold — your plan downgrades automatically
You can see your current plan and contact count in Settings → Billing & Plan.
What's included at each tier
The specifics of what's included at each tier depend on your contract. For details, check your contract or reach out to support@rasa.io.
In general, higher tiers include:
- Higher contact limits
- More sources
- More users
- Additional message types (Sequences, Blasts)
- Premium features (Custom HTML templates, advanced analytics, etc.)
Updating your payment method
Go to Settings → Billing & Plan. In the Payment Method section, click Update to change your card on file.
