Using the Image Library
The Image Library allows you to easily store and access images for your newsletters, such as logos or frequently used graphics. This helps maintain consistency and saves time by reusing images instead of uploading them each time.
Accessing the Image Library
You can open your Image Library in two ways:
-
From the main dashboard by going to Scheduled Content → Add New → Image. When the scheduled image module opens, click the blue camera icon on the image preview to access your library.
-
From within the Edit Article module by clicking the blue camera icon on an image and selecting the option to open your library.
Uploading and Managing Images
-
Click Upload to add new images from your device (logos, banners, or other graphics).
-
Select from previously uploaded images to quickly add them to your newsletter.
-
Insert images as either square or banner format.
-
You can also save any image — whether it is uploaded or generated with the AI Image tool — by selecting the “Save to library” box. Saved images will then appear in your Image Library for future use.
-
Note: You cannot generate new AI images directly from the Image Library. However, if you save an AI-generated image to your library, you can access and reuse it here later.
Benefits
-
Efficiency: Quickly access and reuse images without needing to re-upload.
-
Consistency: Maintain a uniform look across newsletters with stored logos and graphics.
-
Organization: Keep all your frequently used images in one convenient place.
Tips
-
Optimal sizes: use square images (250x250 or 300x300) and banner images (150x600) for best results.
