How to Use the New Image Library

Welcome to our new Image Library! This feature allows you to easily store and access images for your newsletters, such as logos or frequently used graphics.

Accessing the Image Library

  1. Log in to your dashboard: Navigate to Scheduled Content.
  2. Upload and manage images: Follow the steps below to add new images and manage your existing gallery.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to Scheduled Content:

    • In the dashboard, select the "Scheduled Content" option from the menu.
  2. Add a New Image:

    • Click the "Add New" button.
    • Choose "Image" from the options.
  3. Access the Gallery:

    • You will see the "Gallery" option. Click on it to open your Image Library.
  4. Upload New Images:

    • To add new images, click the "Upload" button.
    • Select the images you want to include in your gallery from your device. These can be logos, banners, or any other frequently used images.
  5. Select Previously Used Images:

    • You can easily select from the images you have previously uploaded to quickly add them to your newsletter.
    • Choose the image you want to use and insert it as a square or banner image in your newsletter.

Additional Tips

  • Optimal Image Sizes: For best results, use square images (250x250 OR 300x300) and banner images (150x600).
