Content Overview

There are several ways to add content to your newsletter from the dashboard.
The first method is through your sources. You can add as many sources as you need, using a variety of options. Ideally, the best option is the RSS feed, but we also support several other source types. Once your sources are added, you’ll see them on your All Sources page. This view provides a quick overview of what each source is publishing, how often, and other key details.
Next, visit your Upcoming Content Pool. This is where all content published from your sources will appear. From here, you can merge sources, edit content, and manage what’s available for upcoming sends.
You can also add content manually using Add Article — just paste a URL, and the system will automatically fetch the article metadata. This is a great option for adding one-off pieces of content.
Another convenient tool is our Google Chrome Extension, which lets you quickly add articles while browsing.
Finally, there’s Scheduled Content. Scheduled Content is perfect for recurring items you want to appear automatically on specific dates — think of it as “set it and forget it.” It’s ideal for recurring promotions, announcements, or evergreen content you want to appear across multiple sends.
⚠️ Important:
Any content that is toggled on — whether from Scheduled Content, the Upcoming Content Pool, or manually added — may be included in your next send.
If you don’t want a piece of content to go out, make sure to toggle it off before your newsletter sends.
