This Knowledge Base will help you find your way around the dashboard, set up your newsletter, sequence, or blast, manage your contacts, and understand your results. You can search by keyword at the top of the page, or browse the categories on the left.

What rasa.io does

rasa.io combines content curation, AI personalization, and email sending into one platform. Instead of choosing the same articles for every subscriber, rasa.io picks the right articles for each person based on their interests and engagement history — so every newsletter feels custom-built for the reader.

Beyond recurring newsletters, rasa.io also powers Sequences (drip campaigns for things like onboarding series, event registration journeys, marketing campaigns, and other multi-step communications) and Blasts (one-time email sends). Sequences benefit from the same AI personalization at the article level, and all three message types share rasa.io's analytics, contact management, and design system.

Three message types

Your account may include one or more of these:

Newsletters — your recurring, AI-personalized newsletter. This is rasa.io's core product and what most clients use.
Sequences — drip campaigns that run a series of emails over time. Common uses include onboarding series, educational tracks, marketing campaigns, event registration journeys, and member/community welcome flows. Often used by associations and organizations to walk new members through a structured journey.
Blasts — one-time email sends to a list.

Getting around the dashboard

The top navigation has everything you need:

Messaging — your newsletters, sequences, and blasts
Content — your content pool, sources, scheduled images and text, and layouts
Analytics — performance and content reports
Contacts — your contact database, lists, and subscription types
Settings — account, company, team, integrations, and technical settings

Click the rasa.io logo at the top left to return to the landing page anytime. The landing page shows your sending calendar and dashboard widgets so you can see what's coming up at a glance.
