What's new in the rasa.io dashboard

The rasa.io dashboard has been modernized to give you a faster, cleaner experience. Most of what you already know still works — just in a more organized layout. Here's a quick tour of what's different.

A new place to start

Click the rasa.io logo in the top nav anytime to land on the home page. You'll see:

A sending calendar showing all your upcoming and past sends
Dashboard widgets you can customize
Quick access to your Newsletters, Sequences, and Blasts

The Email tab consolidates subject, template, and sender

Previously, you had to visit a few places to set up your subject line, pick a template, and configure who emails come from. Now it's all in one tab: Newsletter → Email.

Layouts replaces templates

What used to be called "templates" are now Layouts, and they live in Content → Layouts. You can preview, edit, and assign them to any newsletter. Custom HTML templates still live here too.

Cleaner content management

The Content Pool is now sortable, filterable, and easier to navigate. Featured articles and featured sources have clearer indicators.

Scout (our AI agent) lives in a dedicated conversational interface under Content → AI Sourcing. You can ask Scout to find sources, suggest topics, and help refine your content strategy.

More flexible audience targeting

The Audience tab now lets you both include and exclude lists with a two-pane interface, so you can mix-and-match list membership easily.

Contact management refresh

Contacts is now organized into:

All Contacts — search and manage your full contact database
Lists — static contact groups for targeting
Subscriptions — email categories your contacts can opt in or out of

Click any contact to see their full activity history, list memberships, and subscription preferences in one panel.

Smarter analytics

Reports are now organized by Performance (opens, clicks, segmentation, daily stats, active subscribers) and Content (topics, articles, sources, images, links). Every report has consistent date range, filtering, and export controls.
